Furnace on for 6 min , off for 20 min ... is it short cycling

I am in bay area, ca. Today outside temp in the range of 44-52 with overcast sky , no sun.

My home 3375 sq ft, built 1995 , two storeyed with 1st floor having open plan , cathedral ceiling ( 12-14 feet ) on 50 % of 2000 sq ft 1st floor.

I have two furnace , one for each floor , down furnace is a single stage Carrier 110000 BTU , 1995 vintage. So, I guess it is 80% AFUE.

My Honeywell VisionPro thermostat is set to 64 for entire time , 3 CPH.

I observed my furnace running for 6 min and then switching off for 20 minutes. The cycle keeps repeating throughout the day with minimal variation as outside temp is in 48-52 range.

Is my furnace short cycling ? Also, is my furnace oversized for my home ? As I mentioned, the 2000 sq ft 1st floor has lot of cathedral ceiling and lot of windows/door .
