Had a load analysis done on our house when replacing a 5 ton. Recommendation for the upstairs unit is 4 ton variable speed. Upstairs will be zoned into 4 areas. Anyone have experience in the reliability of these units. Will want to use pressure independent zone dampers. I will redo the entire upstairs ducting after 20 years. Thanks in advance.
