LG Mini Split 3 of 4 heads heating oddity

I purchased 3 LMCN078HV-NG and one LCN098HV4-NG along with my outdoor unit. I installed most of it myself but had a company connect the lines at the outdoor unit and finish the install.

The cooling side worked great, but we've noticed an issue on 3 of the 4 heads when in heating mode. Unless the temp is set to very high (like 86F), they'll cycle on and off either briefly or for a minute or two. If the temp is set high, they'll run fine and warm the room. Given that one unit behaves as I'd expect and the other three actually do heat/cool, I don't think it's a serious physical issue with the install.

I contacted LG support but they'll only talk to installers and I'm the homeowner who installed it. The lines were vacuum tested and pressurized to spec by a professional installer and verified by a separate company (yay California). The LG support rep I talked to was helpful enough to mention that the installer settings 63 & 67 thermal on/off was what needed to be set, but that's all he would tell me. I can't for the life of me find any manual that references those settings. I have found a manual for the wireless remote that shows how to get into installer settings, but only a handful of settings that involve ceiling height and if there's a central controller.
