Question about small space A/C

I am finishing a very small office workspace in my garage area, and want to put in some in the wall AC. It is insulated and closed off, and VERY small, so about 9 ft by 6 ft, or about 55 sq feet. Is through the wall AC the best bet? I want it to look nice and would rather a "permanent" solution to a portable AC, but the smallest in the wall AC unit I am seeing is 7-9000 BTU which seems way over kill and takes up a large amount of limited wall space? Do they make really tiny in the wall units? Ideas? Thoughts?
