I own a Multizone Goodman system (MST273E21MCAA outdoor unit with 2 MSH123E21AXAA indoor units). System was installed this spring and worked great to cool house all summer long. Started using the heat mode 2 months ago and I noticed the 1st floor unit regulates heat fine (unit will stop if i set temperature is under room temp) but the upstairs unit is blasting full heat even if i set the temp to 65deg and room temp is 72deg.
Do you have an idea what could be the issue?
