Electric air handler not turning on for heat

Hi everyone!

My furnace has worked intermittently for the last couple years. The thermostat will click on - but the furnace does not turn on. If you wait like 10 or 20 minutes, it would usually turn on. Well, now the last couple weeks it is not turning on at all.

It sounds like you can hear something making noise in the furnace when the thermostat clicks on. Like a puff sound or a click or something.

The blower motor does work if you set the thermostat to "on". The blower turns on and functions fine.
Researching online..I couldn't find a lot of info. Maybe the sequencer? Control board? I have no idea. As cheap as some parts are, I figured it wouldn't hurt to replace a couple items myself. Worst case I'm out a few bucks and will have a pro look at it before it turns cold again.

The furnace model is fa4bnf030.

I appreciate any suggestions!
