My XV95 unit is little over 10 years now, and it has been working well. I recently had to power off and then power on the furnace, and noticed that the red LED is showing historical error codes. Based on the manual, upon power-up, the red LED will flash upto 4 history codes. At one time, it flashed two three-flashes, and then went back normal. I turned the furnace off, and left it off for overnight. Next day, I powered it back on, and this time I got three three-flashes. This is odd in two ways:
1) the furnace seems to be working well prior to my discovering of the codes;
2) why the number of error code change from 2 to 3, with no operation of the furnace.
Three flashes mean (1) vent problem or (2) pressure switch problem, and (3) inducer problem.
At end of the day, should I concerned about the historical error codes?
