Hello guys,
I have a Thermostat that uses power, but it is completely dead. However to the touch if feels warm.
I have gone under the housed to see if the condensate pump had tripped the switch.
I tested the pump with water and it works fine pumping out water.
The trip switch was ON. I moved back and forth just in case.
I can't unplug the pump because the power is inside the air handler.
I turn off trip switch to air handler then back on.
I removed the black lever that gives power to the heat pump behind it. Then place back.
I even turned off power to the whole house off and on.
If the condensation pump is working fine, could it still be a fuse inside the air handler that failed or a relay or what else could shut off power to the thremostat?
Everything is new since April. Heat pump, fuses, air handler, pump, trip switches, etc.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks a lot.
