On the home stretch for new system.

Many thanks for the help of a number of you as I have been able to make steady progress toward my goal of replacing my furnace and AC. Here I have put together my draft of what I will ask two companies in my area to quote on. Both outfits have good reputations, one focusing on the Trane brand, the other AS, either one ok by me. Location CT Shore.

Furnace being replaced is a 17 year old Heat Controller 92 AFUE of 75,000 btu. My own heat loss calculation shows around 56,000 btu (will have both companies verify this), so replacement unit I am focusing on is 2 Stage 60k btu. The unit will also get a 5” media filter, thanks to one of your suggestions.

AC being replaced is a 30 year old Lennox 2 ton HS 18-261-P10 which has been excellent, a bit undersized on purpose by original installer to remove humidity more than cool and this size has been perfect for us in this regard. For my location, I will ask quotes for SEER 13 or 14 max as higher will never pay out the higher original cost, even with the CT rebate which is not generous. (Need to mention we run AC 20-30 only days a year.)

So here is what I have come up with and ask for you guys that deal in Trane and AS to have a look to see if I have the right parts, stuff matches, etc.

Furnace: If AS – S9V2B060U3
If Trane – S9V2B060PSBB
AC: If AS – 4A7A3024 (13 SEER) or 4A7A4024 (14 SEER)
If Trane – 4TTR3024 (13 SEER) or 4TTR4024 (14 SEER)
Coil: If AS – 4CXCB025CC3CAA or CUB
If Trane – 4PXCBU24BS3CAA
Media: Trion AirBear right angle 447380-010 or if heavy duty better idea 266380-010

See any goofs or stuff I need to re-consider fellas? Thanks in advance for a look-see.
