New Trane XR Condenser Electronic Noise

We are in Virginia. The old Goodman HVAC just being replaced with Trane XR HVAC. But this HVAC outdoor condenser is just right below our master bedroom seems to have an "electronic humming" noise that really bother us sleeping at night. The noise does not seem very loud, but just somehow so bothering us at night as the hvac seems running all night. The tech thinks this is normal and nothing wrong. But, obviously this is a problem, maybe I am more sensitive to noise and this particular noise really annoy me that caused me not able to sleep. For another bedroom further from the hvac, we don't seem to hear or bother by the noise. We are so helpless and don't know what to do. Hope someone can provide some pointers. Is all the Trane XR system like this? Or if there is a specific component we can check/replace/upgrade to reduce the noise? THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCED! Jay
