Humidity Increases while AC running

Has anyone seen this before? Where I live, the weather is great in the morning, so I open all of the windows. The house gets down to 47% - 48% humidity. In the afternoon it starts getting warm, so I turn on the AC for the afternoon and throughout the night. In the evenings the humidity gets up to 57% - 60%. Again, the humidity is increasing by ~10% while the AC is running. Has anyone had this issue before or have any clue what could be causing it?
