I am replacing a 17 year hold Carrier mvp 58 (80,000BTU). It came with a Carrier 24 volt programmable thermostat. What do I lose by not purchasing a new Carrier digital thermostat?
Second question: Is the Carrier MN7 worth the extra cost? I am pretty sure it would need a new thermostat to run correctly.
