Need advice as no one I know uses this brand

1st. post. My neighbor, retired commercial HVAC who happens to be my son's grandfather recommended a HVAC professional who visited my 2 floor + basement s/family home here in East Coast. I really liked this professional as he is the only one who did a lot of measurements of my home and asked me specific questions w.r.t. my comfort levels in summer and winter. All others 1st. looked at my current HVAC - heat + cool and either matched it or went 30% higher. He looked at my current HVAC last but more in terms of installation as I have a tight space and height to ceiling joists are just 77 inches.

He got back to me with a proposal: ArcoAire Model N95ESN0601714A 60,000 BTU single-stage ECM blower 96% mated with ArcoAire model END4X31L17A coil and ArcoAire model NXA630GKA (2.5-ton 16 SEER). He also stated I need a large amount of duct re-work as the current HVAC is from the 80's (still working) but
- existing duct work is bad
- this home added 2 additional rooms 1st floor and basement (full finished walk-out 70% above ground). Currently, those rooms are being serviced by another HVAC located in the attic (top of 2nd. floor) and he said it makes so sense to have 1 portion of the home in 1st. and basement serviced by basement HVAC and 2nd. portion of the home same floors serviced by attic hvac. Thus he wants to run new duct lines into these rooms and remove the connections from the attic HVAC.

Although I am very happy in comparison to around 5 others I met and got quote from I am worried w.r.t this brand. No one heard of it and I don't know anyone using it. I am also worried if this contractor stops his business (he is in his 70's) will I be able to service and maintain my HVAC. Not sure of this uses proprietary parts / only dealer can get parts / etc.

I am asking for opinion here. Kindly do not suggest to me modular, variable, multi-stage stuff as those parameters I am completely un-interested in. My neighbor who also did an in-depth room-by-room calculation told me this HVAC professional's numbers match up. 60,000 at 96% is very good # and 2.5 T may look a bit high but my home has zero shades, +9 hrs. of sunlight and there are other factors causing the inside of the home to become really hot in summer. In fact, this contractor used a design temp. of 102F while all others used either 90 or 95F. He told me its standard to use 95 to 98 in terms of where I live but in my case he wants to bump up to 102. He is using a big duct size, will cover with mastek, etc. His price is okay in comparison to others.

All I am hesitant about is this brand and future availability. Also checking their site not very comfortable with their warranties, seem to me a bit low. The contractor is offering 3 years parts and labor and doesn't offer any extended warranties, etc. When I asked he said those are money making schemes.
