Thanks to the knowledgeable Pros on this site. My HVAC system was replaced about 2 years years ago with a lot of advice from HVAC talk members.
My condensate pan is starting to rust. The unit is a horizontal installation in the attic. There has been some slight dripping in the pan but it never built up much. There are 3 or 4 small rust spots in the galvanized pan. I was thinking of getting the pan replaced with a plastic or fiber plan. But the pan is large, approximately 72 x 29”.
Instead of replacing the pan, is there a paint product we can use to cover/repair the rust spots?
