Forcing minimum temperature for airbnb to prevent frozen pipes

We have a heat pump with backup propane, and a Honeywell Wifi Vision pro 8000 thermostat. It's installed in an airbnb rental property, and we want to give our guests as much control of the temperature as possible. However, even if the thermostat is set to off mode by a guest, we still want the heat to kick on if the temperature gets absurdly low, to prevent the pipes from freezing if a guest checks out and leaves with the thermostat off.

Is it possible to set an override where if the temperature gets under, say, 45 degrees, the thermostat kicks the heat on regardless of any obviously user-settable settings on the thermostat? Forgive my ignorance if most heating systems are already set up this way (it's hard to test :) ), but I didn't see any reference to something like that in the thermostat's user or installer manuals (I may have just missed it or the manual uses a term of art).
