Hi all, planning hvac for new build, and thought a ducted mini would be a good idea to cool(florida) 800 s.f./ 4 rooms including main bedroom. Met with my hvac contractor who says he hates those pizza box units because they are impractical to service especially being up in the attic. Anyone experience this? Is there a better way? ductless impractical due to the 4 different spaces
