I have a Daikin ducted heat pump (DVPTC - AHU) with electric backup. I am just wondering what most people are using for a thermostat. I currently have a Residio/Honeywell T6 Pro which I thought was pretty nice, but the one complaint I have is that the thermostat cannot tell me when the heat pump kicks into emergency heat mode. I figured all thermostats would advise when the heat pump switches to Emergency Heat since my thermostat from the late 90's did it. The only other options I like is that it is programmable and "Smart" - accessible from the internet.
