Mitsubishi Mr. Slim mini split - blower wheel stops in heat mode
Models mitsubishi msz-ge24na, MSZ-FH12NA both running off a Mitsubishi MXZ-5C42NAHZ compressor.
We recently had the branch box on this system replaced as one of the circuits had shorted out after a power outage. The techs tested the system after the swap, and all seemed well. I turned on these two units last night for some heat as it was about 35 F outside. They ran normally for a little, and then both blower wheels stopped turning.
Set point on both was 63 F. If I raise the set point, they kick back in for a brief period and then the blower wheels stop again. I havent used the system in heat mode for years, so I dont recall if this was always the behavior but I feel like the blower wheels would continue spinning even after the set point was reached. We have a second system for the other part of the house, comparable models, and that system doesnt seem to do this (Ive got one of the units on that one running now and the blower is still going even though the room temp is a degree higher than the set point).
I plan to call the contractor on Monday as they are closed on weekends, but Im hoping for any insights folks here may have.
