Having high power bills & high humidity in a new construction home. The construction is as follows: metal building, all foam on roof and walls, open concept apartment (kit/liv/bed one room) with separate bath/laundry all built inside the metal building and this is also foamed on walls and ceilings. our load came to 1.1 ton and we installed a 18k wall mount mini split. any answers?
