The contractor had suggested this system for replacing my rental property 1800 sq ft. Single residential home.
1. Install a new AC PRO 4-ton 16 seer condenser. Model#4AC16L48P-50A
2. Install a new AC PRO 80,000 BTU low nox furnace. Model#80G1UH080BE16X
3. Install a new ADP 4 Ton evap coil.
My goal is find a system that easy to maintenance, easy to find part if it broke down and parts are cheaper to replace. Lennox had good reputation but expensive so choose AC PRO basically same manufacturer as I had been told.
Any thoughts , comments on this system will be appreciated!
My concern is the blower motor is multiple speed. Will it prone to break down compare to single speed?
My old system Payne had been replaced parts of transformer, capacitor, and board over years. Each times was quick and replaced right away. Should I request single speed to replace multiple speed for easy maintenance purposes? Thanks!
