Hey all. Installed a multizone mini with three zones, yesterday.
The A and C installs went fine, but the high pressure B valve seemed to spring a leak under unusually high pressure during the pressure test (but not outside the listed pressure). It was enough to simply hear it was leaking. The valve was torqued down to about 12 ft,lbs and I went ahead and tightened it to about 14lbs. It was maybe a 1/16th turn and the leak stopped with no bubbles from the micro leak solution. It left me uneasy about the integrity as id not had that before (I reflare the lines, deburr, use an eccentric tool). Im just curious if that is a common occurrence on installs/pressure tests to spring leaks and a small tighten secures it or if that should be of concern?
Many thanks for the help/feedback.
