I have just had a BOSCH 36WN1-M20 indoor and 36HDN1-M18M installed in my house. House is on a 2 zone panel with two thermostats. Upstairs is just a bonus room about 500 sqft and downstairs is roughly 2K sqft. House was built in 2005. House has high humidity and just doesnt seem to stay cool. I just got rid of the Nest thermostats and installed the EcoBee's. I am using the reporting from the Ecobee site on what the unit is doing. Is there a company that you can send the report to and have them help with the settings of the unit? All the contractors in the area are so busy and don't want to take the time to dial in the unit to make sure its working correctly. I am looking for someone to review the data and than provide details to a contractor on what to do to help the system. I know the EcoBee's thresholds could help dial the unit in. I also want to look at hooking up the dehumidity option on the board of the inside unit to the thermostats to help with the humidity issues.
