Trane 824 Thermostat Question

Hi. I was wondering if anyone with a Trane thermostat, possibly model 824 has ever changed the setting for "Control Response Rate" to "Fast" in the installer setup? I was curious if you noticed a change in how well in maintains temp? I have tried it and it seems to make it perform similar to the Honeywells I have had in the past. Just curious others experience.
