Looking at a new home. The main unit is outside.
However, filter, blower motor, etc. is inside. In particular, the craw space access for the system components inside (except filter) is in the bedroom closet. I feel this leaves this bedroom without a closet as I don't know about having clothes in there, when it needs regular maintenance?
What all would have to be done up in there each year? Would they use a vacuum, how do they clean the drain pipe, etc? It sounds messy and dirty to be in your closet.
Any feedback / experience with this? Thank you.
