Ac compressor killing street light

So I've got it on video, it's legit. Evertime our ac turns on the street light gets knocked out. Real weird. Another thing I've noticed a few times when the neighbors house AC across the street kicks on our light blink. Georgia Power came out last year checked everything but people have told me they lie to people all the time. At one point I tripped all the breakers in the house and the meter was still counting. I asked GP and they said that's normal. Wtf? Can anyone elaborate on what's not bullsh*t. They ripping us off or what?
