New install for 900 sq ft condo, quoted a price of $***k. Fair or No?

Hello everyone, typically newbie here I suppose. I’m here because my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air at our rental unit. I’ve gotten one quote so far from a large firm that came out to diagnose (and a different guy at the same firm came out for the quote.)

Here’s the particulars:

900 square foot, two story condo.
Condenser sits outside, furnace upstairs.
It is a like-for-like replacement (their words, not mine.)
They pull permits
Replacement condenser: Day&Night N4A518GKS Performance Series 14 SEER Single Stage Air Conditioner
Replacement furnace: Day&Night N80ESL0451412A Performance Series 80% AFUE Single Stage Multi Speed Gas Furnace
Replacement coils: Day&Night FG-33936D145B2022AP 3T MPOS COIL R410A BI-FLW TXV 14.5
Replacement thermostat: Emerson 1F85U-22PR Programmable thermostat
And these items are also listed in the quote:
Downflow Gas/Elec Unitary System
This includes the following items:
(1) Select Service Plan
(1) Condenser Unit Pad
(1) Downflow Furnace Install
(1) Exhaust Vent/Flue - Up to 20' (1) HERS Testing/Certification (1) Hard Start Kit
(1) Mechanical Permit
(1) Misc Gas/Elec Downflow Split System Install Items (1) New Furnace Plenum (Supply or Return)

Anyhoo….I don’t mind spending the money, but their quote is *****including tax and everything. My question is, is that reasonable? It sounds really high to me and I told the guy I want to get another quote (which I know some people think sucks, but I think it’s prudent.)

What are your thoughts?
