Hey guys, I’m having a bit of trouble with my heat pump install. I’m using an AOU36RLXFZH out door unit and 4 indoors heads (15,12,7,7). I tried firing it up yesterday and on start up I get an error message on the outdoor unit. The error light flashes rapidly and locations a,b,c, and d all light up showing the error location for all heads. My issue is that I cannot find the error code. When I hit the sw1 button to display the error, lights A and B flash 23 times while the e and f lights remain lit. When I look in the manual I do not see this error code. The lights flash for 1 minute exactly before return to the default display. Has anybody had experience with this error message. Also I know that my heads exceed the capacity of the unit. When I bought it the supplier told me I could exceed capacity by 130% (36,000 x 130% = 46,800btu’s) but I see in the manual it lists a max of 39,000 btu’s. My combination is at 41,000 right now but I’ll really only ever have three units on at a time for a usual load of 34,000. Could exceeding the 39,000 cause the unit to go into error and not function at all?
