Where is the control panel on a Carrier AC handler (Model FX4DNF049)?

I am trying to replace my Nest thermostat with an Ecobee. There is no C wire so I need to use the PEK. I removed the cover on the air handler but I don't see the control panel to connect the PEK to. Any ideas where it is?
