Hissing noise on air handler mini split...indicative of refrigerant leak?

Never noticed this before but it's a newer install so I'll have to call the installer.

2 head Mitsubishi Mr Slim install, ductless. Bedroom head makes a hissing sound from lineset when running. Living room head does not make any such noise.

You may have to turn it up to hear it. Sounds like air leaking from a tire. The fan speed is on the lowest setting, which you can legitimately not hear it so it's not the fan. So the hissing seems to be coming from the lineset but it's hard to tell. The air handler cools well, and the other air handler does not hiss at all. I took the lineset cover off and also noticed the flare fitting in there is not insulated so it's sweating. I'll have to bring it to their attention, too. But more curious about the hissing. Does it always indicate a refrigerant leak?

Seems to be cooling well, though I turned it off.
