Daikin Minisplit Errors

Hi all, first time poster, and I'm having a problem.

Last year, I renovated my downstairs into a livable space. While doing that, we installed a Daikin minisplit system (don't have all of the specs on sizing at the moment, and I don't think it will matter as I talk about the issues I'm having). 3 indoor units with 1 outdoor compressor for a living area approximately 2,000 square feet.

Basically as soon as they were installed, I was having issues. About once every week or so, I would come downstairs and see that the indoor units were ALL blinking green lights. Pressing the on/off button wouldn't do anything. The only way that I was able to get them to turn back on was to flip the breaker. They would turn back on immediately, and that was that (for another week or so until I had to do it again). Fast forward 9 months, and I was doing it a lot more frequently. I then discovered how to look at error codes on the remote. The first error code I was getting was U0 (low refrigerant). I didn't bother checking the other units, but when I contacted my AC guy who installed the units, he stated that the units were all displaying different error codes every time he checked. They ended up checking the outside compressor unit, and they found that the control board was fried. They immediately ordered a new control board, and a month later they installed it.

Immediately after installation, same thing was happening, albeit, a lot more frequently. During installation, they were making sure everything was wired/installed correctly, and allegedly, they checked the voltage on the units and got a reading of 315v upon activation, then it would trickle down to 250v, where it would stay. They encouraged me to contact my local electrical company, which I did. The electrical company called me and explained to me that they have a "smart" meter installed on my house, and that any spike in voltage would have been monitored, and they did not see anything in the report out of tolerance. They stated that any voltage reading that high (315v) would have caused everything in my house to go haywire, which it didn't.

Fast forward to yesterday, the AC guys came out again, and still cannot figure out the issue. The problem is still occurring, where the units will shut down less than 12 hours after being turned on. This time, the error codes are showing H0 (Senor malfunction on compressor). They encouraged me to contact my electricity company again to get a voltmeter added onto my house, which will apparently give me more accurate readings than what the "smart" meters do. They looped a third party electrical company representative (a friend of the AC guys who works in a separate area but familiar with my local electricity company), and he stated that the voltmeter would provide more accurate information and that my electrical company is showing a misunderstanding of the "smart" meter on my house, stating that, since it takes XX amount of readings every second and then computes an average over every hour, any spike in voltage wouldn't be noticed since the voltage is "normal" for 99.99% of the time.

So now I'm not sure what to do. In my limited knowledge of electricity, I feel like a spike in voltage would cause all of my appliances to go haywire in my house, and there hasn't been any issues.

One thing that I'm doing differently with the systems right now is that I have all of the units on COOL, set to the same temperature. I did have them all on AUTO, set to the same temperature. So far, the units are still on.

I've had my electrician come out who installed all the wiring in my renovation, and he can't find an issue. Every time that he has checked the voltage on the units, he's getting an appropriate reading (~ 242v last time we checked, which per my electrical company, is within the 5% tolerance on either side). He's checked the wiring at the unit and on my breaker box, and seems to think everything is good.
