Living in a covered utility bed. Best 115v ductless mini split?

Hi, I am semi retired and going to be living in a 120 square foot covered utility bed, attached to a van. I chose this style for storage reasons. The utility bed is all steel, somewhat heavy gauge sheet metal and uninsulated presently.

I will have 1,600w of solar panels, and around 6kwh (will be going up to double that, that's jut what I have rn) of lithium polymer batteries with multiple mppt (very efficient) charge controllers.

I don't really want to invest in a split phase inverter to run a 240v air conditioner, and I don't particularly want to use an in window air conditioner.

My plan is to get an energy efficient 115v ductless mini split, hopefully a quality inverter style, and possibly insulate later.

My question is, what is a known good quality ductless mini split, as I will be using it in remote forest locations and having it "go out" on me could be disastrous.

Price is a bit of a consideration, too, as I've seen 115v ductless units cost 4 times as much as a window unit.

I plan on mounting the external compressor unit above the roof of the van, against the roof of the covered utility bed.

Thanks!
