Hi HVAC-Talk, I am wondering how thick of a gas line I need for my house. I will list the demands/distance of the appliances after the pics.
Here is a picture of the gas line to the hot water heater, I am wondering what diameter this is:
Please disregard the arrow, this is the home inspector pointing to a broken water cap.

The house is 800 square feet. I am double checking because many HVAC companies are telling me different things for other issues, and I want to check with the experts here. I have yet to ask them on this yet.
Appliances - all of these are within 10 feet of the furnace.
1 x 46,000 BTU Furnace
1 x Washer (22,000 BTU)
1 x Dryer (22,000 BTU) (3 feet away from furnace)
1 x Gas Stove (through the wall on the other side of the furnace). The value is unknown since I will be purchasing a new stove. The property currently has an electric stove.
1 x US Craftmaster Water Heater 34,000 BTU
Thanks
