Evaporator Failures and how to Move Forward

Like others on this forum, have had bad luck with residential evaporators. My latest evaporator coil was slightly less than 4 years old and developed a leak in the lower part of the all aluminum Goodman coil. The original coil lasted 15 years. I also have a Lennox unit (top of the line) that the evaporator coil developed a leak at less than 7 years after installation. Fortunately, the latter was replaced under warranty and is working fine.

Options on the 19 year old Goodman unit as I see them are:

1. Replace the Evaporator coil under warranty with a labor cost of $800-1200 (converted to R422B).
2. Replace the Evaporator coil and install a new R410a condenser unit (compressor power leads failed at the compressor in 2021. New lead kit was installed. Compressor still works fine and current draw is normal)
3 Replace the entire system including the furnace. Goodman furnace is 90+ efficient and has new draft inducer and air handler motor)

I would appreciate any recommendations and warnings, especially about manufacturers to avoid. Is there a quality evaporator I can specify that will last 20 years? I have a fear of buying a "Crap" unit that will continue to have leaks in the evaporator every few years or even worse, the condenser. Also, I would like the option of buying parts and replacing them myself if I so choose.

Thanks...
