Hi Everyone,
I am located in NYC and we just had the nor'easter roll through over the weekend, and with that brought multiple of my Daikin VRV IV condensers to error codes.
Some were fixed by a power reset, but two needed boards.
The troubling issue is when the electrical compartment of the condenser was opened it was full of snow, which cannot be right (picture attached)
I was made aware of a Daikin bulletin last year acknowledging the issues and providing sealing material kit. The sealing material did not work.
Does anyone else have this issue?
Did other people know of this bulletin about needing additional sealing material for protection of
VRV IV printed circuit boards in unit E-Box from snow infiltration and accumulation.
Curious if other people have experienced this issue or have any
