Continuous Pilot Light issue on Boiler

Hi All,

Was hoping to get some additional thoughts on an pilot light issue. Long story short, I bought a rental property last January. For the 3 months of winter, i got called twice to the property b/cause my tenant didn't have heat. One time we replaced the thermocouple & the other the pilot just had to be re-lit.

Fast forward to this winter, starting in November it went out again about 4-5 times in NOV alone & then again throughout December. In
late December, we replaced the thermocouple (again), a new Gas valve & had the entire boiler cleaned. After the installation of the valve & cleaning, we made it almost a full month and now in late JAN, it started going out again and sometimes goes out multiple times per day.

I had an HVAC company come out again today and they said they were baffled, since the thermocouple was reading 34, the valve was brand new & every time it goes out it's literally a simple re-light every time. They said they weren't really comfortable recommending anything at this time.

Important to note that the boiler is 38 years old Crown Aruba boiler & is located in Basement and provides heat to the 2nd story unit- i have an identical one right next to this one, so things that i thought like a potential draft i think can also be ruled out. Is there any logical reason for this to keep happening? I obviously am leaning towards 75% replacing it due to the costs already put into it, it's just frustrating that i can simply re-light it every time and it doesn't seem to be a drastic issue. Any help is much appreciated!
