Rudd heat pump intermittent issue

I had a new 4 TON Rudd split system heat pump installed last week. I noticed last night that occasionally when the system starts up the air handler will start before outside condenser unit. What happens is the AH will start then about 5 secs later the compressor will come on and run for 10 secs or so then kick out. Then 10 secs later compressor will start back and run without issue for the rest of the cycle. This doesn't happen every cycle. I would say maybe twice out of every 15 heating cycles. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? I have a nest thermostat and everything seems to be set right with it. Thanks!
