need help with weird situation " burn smart thermostat "

I have this weird problem with my HVAC at home that my local guys are unable to figure out and I hope to get some help here.

- Problem in Heat mode ( never test in AC mode yet since it is winter )
-- My smart thermostat ( nest and echo bee ) keeps going bad ( stop working ) after 1 or 2 weeks of using so far I am replacing over 6 of them.

Long Story
My HVAC heat mode working fine until 3 months ago my local electrical company has blew out the transformer after they fix it my heat stop working. I call the HVAC tech to come over he replaces a few broken components ( mainboard, and limit switch ). Then 1st time of my nest burns out. So I replace it with echo bee, 2 weeks later echo bee just go blank, I call another HVAC tech he come over do test find out if we jump RC and W write heat working fine so we replace another thermostat back to Nest again and 1 week happen again nest just stop working, however, if we jump RC & W write heat working normal, now we remove C wire and replace with the new nest. A week later nest stop working again keep saying there is a problem with the " W " wire but if jump RC and W the heat works.

As of now, I am had to manually jump between RC & W wires when I want to turn the heat on because I can't just keep replacing thermostats and call the HVAC tech.

Does anyone encounter this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it? any suggestions on what to test are appropriate!!

ps: I am like 4hours away from the cell tower and the wire from HVAC to the thermostat is not a shielded cable.
