I have a PIONEER Air Conditioner WYS020GMHI22M2 Multi Split Heat Pump, Dual (2 Zone) and it was working well until last July when it began to put out humidity? A service technician looked at it and could not figure out why it was doing this. The humidity approached 80% and even a dehumidifyer would not help. The cooling decreased but the mold that began to form in the room forced us to shut it down all together. One service tech suggested that the inside unit should be mounted at the same level as the outside unit. Is this so? Is there anyone that can help with this? It has now been over 6 months and no one has any solutions. 3 techs have looked at it. Help!!!
