Forced air duct question

Hello, very new to this. I hope someone can offer a suggestion. i recently purchased an older home (1946) that had an old oil burning furnace. I had that replaced with a new electric furnace. Recently it has started to get cold and I had to turn the furnace on. It works pretty well but I noticed one vent did not have any air coming out. i thought perhaps the duct might be clogged up after 70 years. I could not locate anything but I did notice that the duct in the basement was not warm at all. This was coming right out of the furnace. The other ducts were very warm, but this one was room temp. No warm air was even going into it. I was able to remove a small piece of metal to peak inside and I could see all of the trunks. The one with the issue looked ok. There was no damper, it looked open but for some reason air was not going into this one duct. Any ideas?
