The system is not working and is flashing a red light (along with the blue and green lights) at the indoor air handler panel. The Thermostat had ceased to work so we replaced it with a new one. The new thermostat has batteries but it only worked once we realized that and put in the batteries (it wasn't working by just wiring it into the system itself). The old thermostat did not have batteries. So it appears that connectivity to the Thermostat has somehow been lost/compromised. We have turned the system off and on and reset the breakers numerous times.
