3.5 Ton A/C - What Coil/Furnace Size

Hi,

I'm purchasing a Trane 3.5 condenser 4TTR4043L1, and have two companies recommending a different coil and furnace. The main difference is one is 21" and the other 17.5".


Bid one (AHRI#202451680) is recommending an 80K furnace with a matching coil:
Furnace # S8X1C080M5PSA (34"x21"x28.75")
Coil # 4TXCC007DS3HCA (26.9"x21.0"x21.5")

Bid two (AHRI# 202451673) is recommending a 60K furnace with a matching coil:
Furnace # S8X1B060M4PSCA (34"x17.5"x28.75")
Coil # 4TXCB006DS3 (26.9"x17.5""x21.5")


I live in Phoenix and have a single floor 1,674 SF condo. My manual J says I only need about 20K for heating, but I'm more concerned with which configuration will work best for cooling.
