I had a tech out that told that was system was low on freon. He said that there is a leak present somwhere and tried to add charge but it wouldnt take. He said there is a blockage in the txv, drier, or in the piping somewhere. Just curious if he is correct because he is trying to sell me a new system. Supposedly when he tried to fill the system the pressure never moved above 30psi on the suction side or whatever. The system is a trane heat pump package unit.
