NEW RHEEM, RCF6021SEAMCA, with RA1748AJ2CB On applying power to ECOSTAT Red status light appears on EXV board, RCBD0014020401-2 Condenser control board shows (0) that unit is in stand by mode. I see other LED's lit but this is not covered in installation manual. Top of board has 7 LED's ON The first set of Vertical LED's The center RED LED is lit. In the center of the board Yellow light labeled VCC120 is lit. Green light labeled COM is weak, & slowly flashing, Red light next to it is also weak & flashing slowly. No mention what the lights indicate in installation manual. TWO Things that may be important, (#1) I used two different control wire manufactures, both are 4 wire 18 AWG wire But may have different OHM characteristics. ( Quote from PG. 15 wire must be of the same Size & type of insulation) This may be one problem. (#2) Furnace RHEEM R96VA08521MSB installation manual, Quote: unit may require a translator assesory Model# RETRN 620CC2. No explanation why and when you need this assesory.
Another thing: To not damage the Condenser control board I disconnected the LOW Voltage Control plug from the ECONET Controller. Now I am getting A006_C ODU Failure on the ECONET Controller (T-Stat)
