Lingering smell (Pictures included)

Good morning all!

Our system is brand new as of late 2019. Last Thursday a tech came out for routine AC maintenance. Since then, that smell you get when it switches from AC to heat has been lingering, in an unusual way. Typically, it happens and then goes away quickly. Even with constant heat, it's not going away. It's definitely still there. The actual condensate line does not appear to be clogged, as I was able to vacuum it out and only liquid came out.

I can confirm that this was not an issue prior to this maintenance visit. My question is this: Could condensate be trapped in the pan, or is the pan not angled/aligned for proper drainage? The tech did treat the coil with BBJ, so I'm wondering if he messed something up. Here are pictures of the unit, and the inside, if it helps. As you can see, the coil is super clean.

Please note: These pictures were taken by the tech before I ran AC after his visit.

Also, yes I keep the filter changed out properly.

Also, I'm in Oklahoma where we have our ADD weather pattern, and even with running heat and AC within the same day, the smell has never lingered before.
