Had an AC added to my system and zone controller, there are 9 Dampers total and 75 watt transformer. The second zone keeps flashing amber, never worked from day one.
Installer thinks the HZ322 Zone Controller can't support that many dampers. From all my research it seems like it can.
Since the 2nd zone never worked to begin with I'm curious if this could a bad damper motor, wiring issue somewhere in the damper chain or something else causing this. Every-time they reset it the zones are all green and once they go to the 2nd zone it faults and starts blinking amber. Could one bad damper cause this or a wiring issue?
