I would like to get some advice about my problem. I replaced the air conditioning system in my condo. A professional technician replaced the fan coil unit and the outside unit. My problem is the new fan coil from First Co is very noisy. It is as noisy as the old unit that had more than 30 years. I can not understand it. I was expecting a very quite unit. Is it normal it makes a noise similar to those big metallic fans people use in warehouses ?
I am really disappointed and unhappy with it. Even the starting relay sounds like a shot. What is wrong with it ? Is there any solution or way to lower the fan rotation to avoid this high noise. It is the sound of the air plus the motor what is driving me crazy.
