I just bought a pre-construction home in 2020 in South Florida. I have two AC units to condition the air for my 2900 sq ft home.

Air Handler makes this crackling/clicking/popping noise every time it starts up (at 18 second mark of video) and shuts down (not included in video but same noise as start up). It did it while it was running which makes using the family room to sleep impossible because you just keep hearing all the crackling from the AC unit. There was a leak at the elbow right by the air handler that was fixed, and freon topped off. That seem to eliminate the crackling/popping noise while it runs. But it keeps making those noises when it starts and stops.

Condenser unit when unit shuts off. Is this normal? My other unit does not make this noise? You actually hear this noise inside as well.

No issues with this unit. No noises present on this unit like my downstairs unit.
AC tech and builder are stating both of these sounds are normal and nothing is wrong. My wife and I disagree as we have never had any AC units sound like this in any of the homes we have owned. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. As the title says, I am doing NO DIY here. Just need backup from all the experts here to hopefully get a professional out to fix or replace anything that needs to be to make this AC run quietly inside and out.
Thanks,
