Blower motor much slower pressure

I recently had my blower motor changed on my appointments AC unit, and it blows at approximately 1/5 the speed and seems to take longer to cool. Could there be something wrong with it or is this less efficient? Yes compared to being in a car it used to be blowing at the max setting and now it blows at like 1/3 of the dial
