AC Condensers with operating noise under 60dBA?

I'm considering installing a new condenser for my ducted system, and the location that works best is close to internal and external spaces that I use regularly. As such, I would like to install the quietest condenser I can get. I'm expecting to install a 3 ton system. My research has identified multiple mini-splits and one ducted unit (the Carrier 24VNA6/Bryant 186CNV) that operate mostly at a noise level below 60. (The Carrier/Bryant reaches 62dBA at 3 tons, but that's close enough.) Are there any other options that reach this level of quietness?
