Have gotten a solid reference regarding a commercial guy, certified etc. Should I be comfortable having him quote and install a replacement 2 stage furnace and AC? Specs based on Manual J calculation and experience with current unit pretty well nailed down. Would there be possible issues such as warranty etc.?
